Amelie Blaise jewels are made in France

The designer

Amélie BLAISE is a young and talented French designer, graduated from Parisian Design School ENSAAMA  Olivier de Serres and holder of a master degree in Applied Arts from the Sorbonne.  She has a passion for photography and diversion of industrial processes.
By her plastic and technical approach, she is offering a new aspect to photography.
Her approach consists in using my pictures to make objects .She cuts, splits up, re compose photos in order to extract the graphic, chromatic, sensory or semantic quality. Thus she tries to bring a sensitive reading of her objects, in adding to their function a subjective and narrative dimension.
During the first years, Amélie draws mainly her themes from vegetal and floral world. Over the years, her photographic world and her style evolve and expand, fed by her dreams, her everyday life and her observation of the world. Her inspiration sources are renewed every season: the oneiric world of the birds, western and its retro imagery, a trip at the other end of the world, discovered treasures in the family house’s attic…
Her choices assert themselves in all fields : concerned of being in line with a tradition of quality making and willing to make good use of a very rich full industrial and traditional knowledge , she decided items should be made in France.
This young designer builds a world reflecting her image: sensitive and powerful, accessible and out of the line. Collections after collection, she sets a unique style in the world of fancy jewellery.
