The designer

Neo-japonist decoration arrives in French interiors

From the " Ikebana " flower arrangements to traditional ceramic, from the elegance of geisha girls to the know-how of craftsmen, Japanese culture has influenced French artists for a long time. In the 17th century Tokyo, which was then called Edo, became one of the main cities of international artistic creation. Since then, Japanese style has inspired famous artists, such as Van Gogh or Bonnard in France.

The home-fashion designer Franck Josseaume has been living in Japan for more than 15 years. Inspired by kimonos and fabrics from the Edo period, he created the brand EDO, an original work of the studio Franck Josseaume. His neo-japonist concept consists in reinterpreting traditional motives to create contemporary printed materials. Bamboo, blazons and butterflies evolve in colourful fabrics: blue, yellow, orange… to offer you a real bouquet of exoticism !

This collection printed and made in France includes upmarket decoration accessories for your home: cushions, fabrics, tableaux, tablesets, Cross runners and Square tablecloths.

With the EDO collection by Frank Josseaume, get a touch of Japanese culture enter your home and your life…
