DAMAGED PARCELS
If you receive a damaged parcel, you will have to issue a reserve: « with all reserves : damaged parcel »on the delivery note when you sign it and mail us to following email contact@fanny-la-pie.com thus we will take as soon as possible the necessary actions, as well for returning the product as replacement, credit note or refund.
