RETURNS

You have a deadline of 14 days to return us an article which is not convenient for you (date of taken into account invoice). He must be sent back in his original packing with the return number. According to your wish, an exchange or a repayment will be made *. Beyond indicated deadline, the exchanges or returns will be refused, except particular cases. 

HOW TO DO

For the exchange or the return, contact us beforehand on contact@fanny-la-pie.com to obtain an authorization of return by specifying your name, the number of order or invoice and the reason of return. Especially do not return items without having contacted us.

To assure the best possible follow-up, the return will have to be made " followed parcel " in: Fanny-la-pie - 64 rue Vauvenargues 75018 Paris .

For jewels, after check of the goods (they will just have to have worn for the fitting) and observation of his perfect condition, you will be paid off by Fanny-la-pie under 15  days, with the exception of the expenses of sending and of return which stay at your expense.

For finished products Designers Guild, after check of the goods and his perfect condition by the showroom Designers Guild, you will be remboursés* by Fanny-la-pie under 15  days, with the exception of the expenses of sending and of return which stay at your expense.

In the case of a free delivery order, you will be paid off, with the exception of postal charges supported by Fanny-la-pie for the sending of the order (cf Information delivery). * Designers Guild charge a 20 % penalty on all its products returned without legal flaw.
